THE RAINBOW CONNECTION was the culmination of two specific projects: a  week-long "Mini-course" session  (called "Let's Make a Record!") for the Elizabeth Ann Clune Montessori School in Ithaca, NY, and an ongoing gathering of home-schooled kids from the Fingerlakes region, singing weekly and occasionally performing in local nursing homes. It was also the culmination of years of John's singing these songs around campfires, in living rooms, and in schools across the country.
