August 20, 2009 (Thursday) - Radio London returns to the Groton Summer Music Series at the Gazebo on Conger Boulevard from 6:30-8 p.m. It's cozy, small-town scene. Bring a blanket and a picnic and stop at the cool little ice cream shack on the way back home. A perfect end to a summer evening ....

Meanwhile....

John & Ken have been playing around town as....The Yardvarks, with Tom Farrell on guitar, harmonicas and vocals and Eric Ott singing and playing 5-string bass. Tight harmonies, intricate instrumental interplay, and a very cool and eclectic repertoire.

Catch a glimpse of The Yardvarks soon!

June 26th (Friday) - It's Happy Hour at Micawbers Pub on Aurora Street in Ithaca, 6-9 p.m. Shoot pool in the back room, pull up a seat at the bar, grab a table and bring in some take-out. Watch for surprise dancers, local dignitaries and school teachers freshly-released for summer. Fun, fun, fun!

July 8th (Wednesday) - .The Red Newt Bistro in Hector, NY 7-9 p.m. A breath-taking view, an award-winning menu and 4-part harmonies while you pore over the Red Newt wine list. Depending on the weather we may just stroll the deck and serenade your table.....

acoustic, it's outside and great vendors abound.   We did it last
year in a pelting rain and loved it enough to want to come back formore.  Please join us!

July 31st (Friday) - .The Pourhouse in Trumansburg [7-9:30 p.m.]. Great beer list, quality food and service and the band is up close and personal. Start your weekend off in this small-town place where everybody knows your name.
